This is my second Fein vac. I have always been cheerful with their performance. We exercise the tool activating switch frequently. The suction is always consistantly strong.
The first time I ordered one of these vacuums, it had problems with the tool plug-in only working intermittently. Amazon was mammoth and shipped a replacement for me apt away. The second vacuum only operates at 60% power when you are using the tool plug-in. What a joke. I called Fein to bag out about their repair service. They wouldn't even pay for shipping to repair this vacuum even though it was only days customary. They expected me to pay for shipping to their depot. Obviously I am going to fair return it to Amazon for free.. even they will pay the shipping. Also, the vacuum comes bare bones with no accessories... not even something to contain the hose. By the time you have bought the HEPA filter and an accessory or two, you could have bought a Festool vacuum which is far advantageous. Don't raze your money people.
This is more than a shop vac. WOW, it's improbable. Cleans up the outside patio, sanding dust, and then moves on to the house. Could not ask for more
